If you have spent years in fabric purchasing, sourcing, textile sales or apparel procurement, your most valuable assets may already be your industry knowledge, customer relationships and local market experience.
What you may not have is your own weaving operation, development team, costing system, production capacity or supply-chain infrastructure. Our role is to provide that manufacturing support behind your business.
You do not need to build a factory to build a fabric business. You focus on customers and sales; we focus on product development and manufacturing.Who Is This Cooperation Model For?
This is not a general recruitment program. It is intended for experienced textile professionals who understand real fabric requirements and have the ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
Fabric Buyers & Sourcing Professionals
Professionals who understand fabric specifications, buyer expectations and the sourcing process.
Independent Fabric Sales Professionals
Experienced salespeople who already have customer relationships or access to apparel buyers.
Agents, Distributors & Small Sourcing Companies
Independent businesses that can develop local customers but need stronger technical and manufacturing support.
You Manage the Customer. We Manage the Manufacturing.
Your Role
- Develop and maintain your own customer relationships
- Communicate with customers in your local market
- Understand purchasing needs, target prices and delivery expectations
- Collect samples, photos, specifications and commercial requirements
- Lead local sales, market development and day-to-day customer communication
Our Role
- Fabric construction analysis and feasibility review
- Similar-sample sourcing through the Shaoxing/Keqiao textile supply chain
- Woven jacquard sample development
- Costing and quotation support
- Weaving, production coordination and quality control
- Dyeing and finishing coordination where required
Your Customer Relationships Remain Partner-Managed
Experienced fabric professionals often hesitate to share customer requirements with a manufacturer because they are concerned that the supplier may later bypass them. We understand that concern.
Our cooperation model is based on professional specialization. We are strongest in fabric analysis, development, costing, weaving and production. You are stronger in your local language, market, customer relationships, commercial communication and sales.
Bypassing a partner would damage the cooperation itself and would also force us to take on local customer-development, communication and account-management costs that the partner is already better positioned to handle.
Protected Customer Registration
Partners may register customers according to an agreed process so that the origin and protection status of the relationship are clearly documented.
Confidentiality
Customer names, contacts, pricing information, samples, order data and commercial requirements can be treated as confidential business information under the cooperation agreement.
Non-Circumvention
For protected customers, we will not, without the partner's consent, bypass the partner to independently solicit, quote, negotiate with or establish a separate sales relationship.
Necessary Transaction Contact
L/C documentation, banking, export documents, logistics, inspection, technical issues, quality matters or regulatory requirements may sometimes require us to know the end buyer or participate in necessary transaction communication.
Where practical, such communication should take place through the partner or with the partner's knowledge or authorization. Necessary order-execution communication does not change the partner-managed commercial relationship.
Post-Termination Protection
A formal cooperation agreement may also define a continuing protection period for registered customers that generated business during the cooperation, together with continuing confidentiality and non-circumvention obligations.
Start from Real Customer Demand—Not from Inventory
Traditional fabric trading often requires inventory before sales. Our preferred cooperation model starts from real customer requirements and moves into sourcing, development, approval and production only when there is a genuine commercial opportunity.
Sample, photo, specification, end use, target price or development request.
We analyze the fabric structure, production feasibility and the most suitable sourcing or development route.
We source a close existing option, modify an available construction or develop a new woven jacquard fabric.
You manage customer communication, sample approval, target pricing and the commercial decision.
Once the order is confirmed, we move into manufacturing, production coordination and quality control.
Working-Capital Support for Qualified Orders
A common obstacle for experienced fabric professionals starting an independent business is not the lack of customers—it is the amount of working capital required to fund production.
For qualified orders, international L/C terms of up to 60 days may be discussed. The exact tenor, starting point and acceptance are negotiated order by order.
Approval Depends on the Actual Transaction
L/C acceptance is subject to review of the end buyer, issuing bank, country or region, order value, L/C wording, transaction structure and other relevant commercial factors.
This is not a blanket promise of zero-capital trading. The purpose is to use manufacturing-side financial capacity, where appropriate, to reduce the partner's need to fund the entire production stage independently.
Fabric Sales Enablement: Turn Manufacturing Knowledge into a Customer-Facing Skill
We do not want partners to depend on a factory for every basic customer conversation. We want to help experienced fabric professionals become faster, more confident and more technically capable when discussing woven jacquard fabrics with buyers.
Rapid Cost Estimation
Use manufacturing data and structured costing logic to estimate the likely production cost range of a woven jacquard fabric more quickly.
Fabric Analysis Support
Understand how yarn, composition, GSM, finished width, construction and jacquard structure affect feasibility and cost.
Stronger Customer Communication
Move customer conversations from “I will ask the factory and come back later” toward a more informed discussion about structure, feasibility and likely cost.
The woven jacquard price calculator is not only a quotation tool. It is part of a broader Fabric Sales Enablement system designed to help partners communicate with customers with more speed and manufacturing insight. Use the Woven Jacquard Fabric Price CalculatorWhat Fabrics Can We Support?
Our focus is apparel-use woven jacquard and related woven fashion fabrics. We are not trying to be a supplier for every textile category.
| Core Fabric Categories | Typical Apparel Applications |
|---|---|
| Electronic / Large Woven Jacquard | Dresses, blouses, shirts, fashion garments |
| Dobby / Small Jacquard | Shirts, blouses, lightweight fashion apparel |
| Leno / Gauze Weave Jacquard | Summer dresses, blouses, lightweight apparel |
| Fil Coupé / Openwork Jacquard | Fashion dresses, blouses, statement apparel |
| Cotton & Blended Woven Jacquard | Shirts, dresses, sleepwear, casual apparel |
| Textured Woven Fashion Fabrics | Fashion garments requiring surface texture or special handfeel |
Our main focus is apparel-use woven fabrics. We are generally not the right manufacturing partner for knitted jacquard, curtain fabric, upholstery, bedding, carpets or industrial mesh.
You May Need More Than a Supplier
Experienced professionals can usually find a long list of suppliers. The more difficult question is whether a supplier can actually function as a manufacturing partner behind an independent business.
Typical Challenges
- You have customers but no manufacturing system
- Your buyers need new fabric development
- You receive samples but cannot identify a suitable source quickly
- Slow quotations reduce your ability to win projects
- You do not want to finance large inventory before demand exists
- You want stronger protection against supplier bypass
What We Aim to Provide
- Manufacturing backend
- Fabric development support
- Sample and sourcing support
- Costing and quotation tools
- Production and quality-control capability
- Structured customer-protection mechanisms
Start with One Real Project
We do not expect an experienced professional to choose a long-term manufacturing partner based only on a website.
A better approach is to test the cooperation with a real fabric requirement.
1. Tell Us About Your Market
Share your country, market, customer type and the fabrics you normally handle.
2. Send One Real Requirement
Send a sample, photo, specification or genuine development request from a customer.
3. Evaluate Our Capability
Judge our response speed, technical understanding, sourcing, development, costing and cooperation style through actual work.
If the first project proves that both sides work well together, then we can discuss protected-customer registration, commercial structure, payment terms, responsibilities and a formal cooperation agreement.Frequently Asked Questions
I already have fabric customers but no factory. Can I work with you?
Yes. This cooperation model is intended for experienced fabric professionals who can manage customers and markets while we provide the manufacturing backend.
Do I need to invest in large inventory before we cooperate?
No large inventory purchase is required simply to establish cooperation. We prefer to start from real customer demand and proceed through sourcing, development, approval and production.
Will you bypass me and sell directly to my customers?
For protected customers registered and confirmed under the cooperation arrangement, we will not, without your consent, bypass you to independently solicit, quote, negotiate with or establish a separate sales relationship with those customers.
How can my customers be formally protected?
Formal cooperation may include protected-customer registration, confidentiality, non-circumvention provisions, clearly defined responsibilities and post-termination customer protection.
Does the factory have to know who my end customer is?
Sometimes. Banking, L/C documentation, export documents, logistics, inspection, technical matters, quality issues or compliance requirements may require us to know the end buyer. Necessary order-execution contact does not change the partner-managed commercial relationship.
Can we sign a non-circumvention agreement?
Yes. The exact customer-protection and non-circumvention terms can be defined in the formal cooperation agreement.
Can you develop a fabric if my buyer only gives me a sample or photo?
We can first evaluate the requirement. Depending on the fabric and available information, we may source a close option, modify an existing construction or develop a new woven jacquard fabric.
Do I have to fund the entire production cost myself?
Not necessarily. Qualified orders may discuss appropriate L/C payment terms, subject to review of the end buyer, bank, country, order value, L/C wording and transaction structure.
Can qualified orders use 60-day L/C terms?
Qualified orders may discuss international L/C terms of up to 60 days. The exact tenor, starting point and other L/C conditions are negotiated order by order and confirmed in the final contract and L/C wording.
Am I becoming an employee of your company?
No. This is an independent B2B cooperation model, not a traditional employment relationship.
Can an existing sourcing company, agent or distributor cooperate with you?
Yes. The cooperation can be discussed with qualified independent professionals as well as established companies that already serve apparel or textile customers.
What is the easiest way to start?
Send us one real woven jacquard fabric requirement. A practical project is the best way for both sides to evaluate whether a longer-term cooperation makes sense.
